We are the administrative arm of the Rūnanga responsible for providing HR, Finance, Payroll, Health and Safety and IT services to the Rūnanga. Our key responsibility is to ensure that we have robust and efficient processes in place that allow our teams to deliver their services effectively.

We also provide administrative support to Tauranga Moana Tangata Whenua Collective, The Fisheries Trust, He Peka Taonga and Mauao Trust.

We manage Pātaka Kai requests and provide support for Iwi-led events and we also maintain the Ngāti Ranginui beneficiaries register.
